3D-Printed Bar Posts (NEW)
The 3D printed bar posts made of flexible material are completely free in the shaping and, by appropriate choice of the filling density, also in the stiffness. They can be used on all conceivable frame types (wood, aluminum T-profile, ...) in particular also as a repair solution or for a frame self-build.

Material: Ultrafuse TPC 45D (BASF)
3D-Drucker: Prusa MK3 i3
Prusa Slicer

Aluminum-Rubber-Posts
The aluminum rubber posts are covered with felt to avoid noise in contact with the sound bar. The posts  are individually positioned in wooden frames and glued.

Exchangable Posts (Full-Rubber- or Aluminum Posts)

Aluminum Rail
The exchangeable posts can either be mounted in grooves to be produced (wood profiles only) or on any rectangular frame material via an aluminum collection rail. The advantages of using the aluminum collection rails are:
  • The posts are perfectly positioned in alignment and position in each case.
  • The posts can be used as a repair or extension kit for old vibraphones
  • Each post  can be replaced individually with just one screw
  • Different materials are usable, in particular rubber or aluminum
  • Replacing a whole rail makes it possible to change very quickly from hook to toe (e.g., when using pickups) or saddle shape
