Mallet-Winding-Machine
The mallet winding machine shown here was developed and built for me by Fabian Buschulte as part of a student project at Reutlingen University. In addition to a few roller bearings, threaded inserts, and screws, as well as the purchased counter, it consists exclusively of 3D-printed components made of PETG, which can be easily manufactured on any standard 3D printer without support material. The thread tension is adjustable and head diameters of up to 60 mm are possible. By using different collets, rods with a maximum diameter of 11 mm can be clamped. Two different thread materials can also be used together.
